If you're looking for therapy but want the flexibility of working online, I offer professional counselling via secure video sessions, available across the UK.

How It Works

Sessions take place via secure video (typically Zoom or Google Meet) and last 50 minutes.

All you need is:

  • A private, quiet space

  • A stable internet connection

  • A device with a camera and microphone

We would begin with a free consultation, where you can get a sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit.

There’s no pressure to continue, it’s simply an opportunity to talk things through.

Online Therapy vs In-Person

While I am based in Manchester, the majority of my work is now online.

In fact, many clients who initially enquire about in-person sessions choose to continue online once they realise how accessible and effective it can be.

Fees

Sessions are £70 for 50 minutes.

I also offer a limited number of concessionary spaces for students and those on low income.
