A calm, confidential space to make sense of what’s going on - and begin making meaningful, lasting change.

How would you like to work?

Option 1: Therapy in Manchester

In-person sessions based in Manchester city centre, offering a private and consistent space to talk

Option 2: Online Across the UK

Flexible, confidential sessions via secure video - accessible wherever you are.

Both options offer the same calm, collaborative approach - simply choose what feels most comfortable for you.

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s going on for you.

You may have noticed patterns in your thoughts, relationships, or reactions that are difficult to make sense of — or hard to shift.

Perhaps you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, or a general sense that something isn’t quite right.

Or you might simply want a space to reflect, understand yourself more clearly, and work through things at your own pace.

You might be here because

Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to move forward.

My approach

Therapist in Manchester Richard Hall

My approach is calm, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface.

Rather than offering quick fixes or surface-level advice, we take the time to explore patterns, emotions, and reactions in a way that helps things start to shift naturally over time.

I work in an integrative way, drawing from different approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

At the heart of the work is building a genuine, trusting relationship - where you can feel heard, understood, and able to reflect openly.

The aim isn’t just to cope, but to develop a clearer understanding of yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.
