Areas I Help With

I work with a range of issues, and you don’t need to have everything clearly defined before starting therapy.

Some people come with a specific concern, while others simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right.

Below are some of the areas I commonly support clients with.

⭐ Additional Areas of Experience

LGBTQ+ issues

I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, including around identity, relationships, and navigating both internal and external challenges.

I aim to offer a space that feels open, informed, and genuinely non-judgemental, where you don’t need to explain or justify your experience.

Trauma and past experiences

I have specific training in trauma-informed approaches and work with clients who are dealing with the impact of past experiences.

This might involve exploring how these experiences continue to affect you in the present, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Men’s mental health

I work with many male clients, often around areas such as emotional expression, identity, relationships, and navigating expectations.

This can include creating space for conversations that may not always feel easy to have elsewhere.
