Areas I Help With

I work with a range of issues, and you don’t need to have everything clearly defined before starting therapy.

Some people come with a specific concern, while others simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right.

Below are some of the areas I commonly support clients with.

  • You might find yourself overthinking, feeling constantly on edge, or struggling to switch off.

Anxiety can show up in different ways, from racing thoughts and physical tension to a general sense of unease.

Therapy offers a space to slow things down, understand what’s driving these patterns, and find a different way of relating to them.

  • You may feel flat, disconnected, or lacking motivation, even for things that used to matter.

Sometimes it’s hard to explain, just a sense that things feel heavier or more difficult than they should.

Therapy can help you explore what’s beneath this, at a pace that feels manageable.

  • You might find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships or struggling to communicate how you feel.

This could be with a partner, friends, family, or even in how you relate to yourself.

Therapy can help you understand these patterns and begin to approach relationships differently.

  • You may struggle with self-doubt, feel overly self-critical, or find it difficult to trust your own judgement.

These patterns often have deeper roots, and therapy can help you understand where they come from and how they continue to show up.

  • You might feel uncertain about your direction, disconnected from what you want, or unsure about your next steps.

Therapy offers space to reflect, explore what matters to you, and begin to move forward with more clarity.

⭐ Additional Areas of Experience

LGBTQ+ issues

I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, including around identity, relationships, and navigating both internal and external challenges.

I aim to offer a space that feels open, informed, and genuinely non-judgemental, where you don’t need to explain or justify your experience.

Trauma and past experiences

I have specific training in trauma-informed approaches and work with clients who are dealing with the impact of past experiences.

This might involve exploring how these experiences continue to affect you in the present, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
